Celebrating 11 Years of Christmas Joy

For 11 years, we’ve had the privilege of celebrating Mississippi’s foster children through our Foster Care Christmas Party—and we’re excited to continue the tradition this year!

More than 450 foster children and their foster families from Hinds, Rankin, Madison, Holmes, Warren, and Yazoo Counties will be invited to the Mississippi Children’s Museum for an unforgettable evening of Christmas fun. Children will enjoy games, activities, treats, and the opportunity to choose their very own brand-new pair of Vans or New Balance sneakers.

For the 4th year, we’re partnering with local favorite Swell-O-Phonic to provide the shoes and help each child find a pair that fits just right. They will lead the team of volunteers who will be sizing, fitting, and giving plenty of high-fives as each child leaves with something brand-new and all their own.

This special evening is also an opportunity to honor more than 150 social workers who pour their time, energy, and love into supporting foster children throughout the year.

You can be part of the celebration. Volunteer the night of the event or help us provide a brand-new pair of sneakers for a foster child. If we exceed our fundraising goal, every additional dollar will support ongoing care and future needs for foster children and the social workers who champion them.
